To initiate a refund assessment, follow these procedural steps:

Our compliance team will review the status of government filings and work completed within 3-5 operational days.
If approved, funds are returned to the original payment source within 7-10 operational days.
04 Finality of Third-Party Fees
Government and regulatory filing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances as these assets are paid directly to external authorities (e.g., USPTO, Companies House) and cannot be recovered by AquaLeo Digital once processed.
