#### Corporate Structure & Responsibilities
- AquaLeo Digital, LLC is a U.S.-based Single Member LLC incorporated in Wyoming.
- AquaLeo Digital is a sole proprietorship based in India.
- Both entities operate independently, issue their own invoices, and are governed by their respective legal jurisdictions.
- All marketing and outreach activities are conducted by the U.S. entity, while service execution and operations are handled by the Indian entity.

#### Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, and legal proceedings, irrespective of the country of origin of the client or user, shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. No other forum shall have jurisdiction.
