Visit the Official Startup India Portal: Access the registration portal at startupindia.gov.in.
Create an Account: Register on the portal by creating an account with your email ID and password.
Complete the Application: Fill out the application form with details about your startup, including business plan, product/service details, and team information.
Submit Documents: Upload required documents such as PAN card, proof of business incorporation, and a self-certified letter from an incubator (if applicable).
Verify and Submit: Review your application for accuracy and submit it. An acknowledgment will be provided upon successful submission.

Age of Business: The startup should be less than 10 years old from the date of incorporation.
Annual Turnover: The annual turnover should not exceed ₹100 crore.
Innovation: The business should be involved in developing or improving a product, process, or service.
Incorporation: The startup must be a registered entity under the Companies Act, 1956/2013, or as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) under the LLP Act, 2008.

Certificate of Incorporation: Proof of business registration.
PAN Card: For business identification.
Business Plan: Detailed description of the startup, its products/services, and business model.
Self-Certification: A letter from an incubator or business plan detailing innovation and scalability.
